About Author : With a brilliant academic record all along, Professor Om Prakash started his teaching career in July 1947 as a permanent Facutly Member during the golden age of the University of Allahabd encompassing the Departments of Commerce, Economics and Poltical Science. Later, he occupied the first Chair in his discipline at Punjab University (Chandigarh), as also at the University of Rajasthan (Chandigarh), as also at the Univerisy of Rajasthan (Jaipur) where he established the longest record of service as Full University Professor in the entire hisotry of that University in the all disciplines put together.
